We offer Gift Wrapping for $4 per item.
(Excluding large items: kitchens, easels, large stuffed animals, trikes, flying turtles, and plasma cars).

Shipping Policy

Toys That Teach offers shipping for addresses within the Continental USA (not including Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping method is by ground service (5-7 business day) via UPS or FedEx. For all other addresses, please contact us for shipping information.

Standard Shipping Cost for all Orders:
Orders for $ 0.00 - 19.99 = $7.00
Orders for $20.00 - 34.99 = $9.00
Orders for $35.00 - 49.99 = $10.50
Orders for $50.00 - 64.99 = $13.00
Orders for $65.00 - 74.99 = $15.00
Orders for $75.00 - 99.99 = $17.00
Orders for $100.00 - 124.99 = $19.00
Orders for $125.00 - 174.99 = $21.00
Orders for $175.00 and UP = $29.00
There is an extra surcharge for oversized items which is located in the item's description.

Toys That Teach Guarantee / Return Policy

Toys That Teach stands behind its products with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your gift, we will exchange it, issue a gift certificate or a refund.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1.) Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2.) Call or Email us to let us know that you will be returning the item, and receive a return ticket number.
3.) Include the return ticket number in the following return shipping address:

To insure that your return package gets to us, please send it with an insured courier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS....) and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost on the way or damaged.

If you are returning the product because it is defective, damaged, or not the correct product due to our error, we will pay for your shipping costs.
