We ship to addresses within the Continental USA (not including Hawaii and Alaska). For all other addresses, please contact us for shipping information.

Toys That Teach offers free shipping for all orders that are $75 or more (excluding tax) for addresses within the Continental USA (not including Hawaii and Alaska). Free shipping is by ground service via UPS or FedEx (arrives in 5-7 business days)

Toys That Teach stands behind its products with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your gift, we will exchange it, issue a gift certificate or a refund.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1.) Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2.) Call or Email us to let us know that you will be returning the item, and receive a return ticket number.
3.) Include the return ticket number in the following return shipping address:

To insure that your return package gets to us, please send it with an insured courier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS....) and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost on the way or damaged.

If you are returning the product because it is defective, damaged, or not the correct product due to our error, we will pay for your shipping costs.
